There are commercial cleaning must-dos when doing a professional and high-quality job. It is imperative to have a checklist of daily “must-dos” if scheduling with an owner is permitted. If not definitely this checklist should be performed weekly.
For example, items below in the following areas must never go untouched.
Daily or at least weekly disinfecting will prevent the spreading of germs and bacteria plus avoid odors.
In bathrooms: all handles, doors, vanity, toilet, soap dispensers, dryers and paper towel: Faucets, light switches, inside and outside of trash can covers.
In kitchenettes: the “same things” are necessary for adding countertops, inside and out of microwave especially handles, refrigerator handles, top and backs of chairs where they are touched to be moved.
In individual offices: door handles, light switches, telephones, copy and fax machines on/off switches and window blind handles.
Avoiding the spreading of germs in the workplace is a very important task and its one that should be important to the cleaning company as well.
